Association assessments are billed semi-annually in January and July in the amount of $340.

For homeowners to view your account and make payments online, please REGISTER and LOGIN ON HERE.
To pay assessments online, send email to payments@homelandmgt.com to receive a secure payment link. Please note there is a $3 echeck fee or 3.5% credit card convenience fee. It’s fast, convenient and secure. Payment goes directly to the accounting department of Homeland Neighborhood Management. If you prefer to pay by check, please mail your payment to our lockbox service at the following location:
